Why are products shipped separately?

As an independent one employee business shipping and product orders can take up a lot of time. Most products are shipped within 5-7 business days. 

To help streamline this process shirts and mugs are produced on demand through a 3rd party vendor once you order. Each of these items may have different delivery times because products are packaged and shipped separately. COVID-19 has also slowed down processing times, so please keep this in mind. All clothing at this time is aprox. 4-5 weeks. 

All jewelry is designed and hand produced personally when you order and will be sent to you through Canada Post. These items would arrive separately from shirts and mugs if ordered at the same time.

How long does it take for my products to ship?

This will vary based on products purchased and where they are shipping from. Generally, the following shipping times should apply:

  • Shirts and Mugs (COVID-19 is impacting delivery times 4-5 weeks) 
      • Canada: 15-20 business days standard or 1-5 days expedited.
        • USA: 10-15 business days standard or 1-5 days expedited
        • International: 15-30 business days standard or 1-5 days expedited
      • Jewellery and other hand produced goods
        • Canada: 5-10 business days
        • USA: 10-15 business days
        • International: 20-25 business days
      Why am I charged custom fees?

      As all shirts and mugs are produced on demand in North America custom's fees will be applied if purchasing outside of the USA.

      Why does my jewelry look imperfect?

      Each piece of jewelry is designed or hand stamped by using individual stamping tools. As a result NO two pieces are exactly the same. Letters, numbers, etc., may not be perfectly straight, properly aligned and spacing may vary. These should not be looked at as imperfections but what makes your piece one of a kind. Darkening may vary. Items may need to be polished, darkening may fade and finish may dull. This is the natural process of some of these metals used.

        Can purchases be refunded or exchanged?

        Yes, however certain conditions apply so please check out our refunds and returns page.
