Refund and Return Policy

Returns & Refunds 

If you are returning an item and the return is received within 30 days of purchase date, we will credit your original form of payment. This will take a few days to process before it appears on your end. Please send us an email. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase from SoLiv & Co. 

T-shirts and mugs can be refunded for buyer’s remorse, however size exchanges must be covered by the customer as we do not keep our t-shirt stock on a hand and a new order to our vendor would be required.

**Custom Hand Stamped Jewelry is not eligible to be refunded or exchanged and all sales are final**

**For health reasons all earrings are final sale**

 Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. (If applicable and there is a deficiency (defective or damage) please notify us within two days of receiving your item so we can issue a refund or exchange.)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email. 

Shipping

SoLiv & Co. does is not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items

To return jewelry (excluding custom designs & earrings) please send us an email. 

The buyer is responsible for their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
